With an extensive product range up to 12 m x 3 mm, Biegermaster is made by Sperr and Lechner of Ohringen in Southern Germany.

All Sperr and Lechner machine's stands and tension arms are made from spheroidal graphite cast iron type GGG6O, compared with the cheaper fabricated structures preferred by most manufacturers. This is the same material used by Mercedes and BMW for their crankshafts and other critical high load components. This is a major difference that ensures far greater resistance to warping, flexing and breakage.
