From an unlikely town in the Norland of Sweden comes the world's most advanced DNC Press Brake.

For over 50 years Ursviken has focused on developing machines to provide their customers with the highest precision, versatility and reliability. This obsession with technical development has generated many break throughs in Press Brake design. Ursviken were the first to introduce hydraulic bending presses able to control the left and right cylinders individually. Together with Cybelec they pioneered true CNC control and developed and patented the Double Bed Referencing system (DBR). More recent developments include Automatic Thickness Compensation (ATC) and Variable Die Technology (VDT).

The new Ursviken Optiflex represents the culmination of this research and experience and although many have attempted to imitate their designs, no other company has been able to offer the equivalent performance, versatility and safety.
