We have the robust, compact and efficient CM/NC hydraulic C-Frame brake press for sale. Specially designed for tamping, die cutting and forming work. Made in Europe, quality is guaranteed.
SIZE – it comes in 4 different powers, ranging from 50 to 150 tonnes.
CONTROLS – Siemens safety PLC model Simatic S7 1200 and a 100mm touchscreen. Allows programming of the operating mode in semi-automatic and automatic, the power, the stroke and the dwell time of the upper cylinder. Can store 99 programs.
STRUCTURE – Electro-welded structure made exclusively of S355JR steel.
TABLES – Equipped with an upper table and lower table made of C45E steel machined with DIN 650 slots. The upper table ensures perfect parallelism through two lateral cylindrical guides with a diameter of 50mm.
CYLINDER AND HYDRAULICS – Double acting cylinder with seamless cold-drawn tube, chrome plated piston and maintenance free wear resistant guides. Motorised hydraulic group with two speeds.
SAFETY – Type 4 PLe safety photoelectric barriers.
