HV/NC Series
The HV/NC series horizontal hydraulic ram press has 3 different powers, ranging from 150-300 tonnes. This horizontal hyd press is specifically designed for straightening and bending profiles, bars and beams.
The horizontal design of the machine allows easy handling of large beams and profiles. The latest generation HV series horizontal hydraulic press has evolved into a versatile machine, capable of incorporating a variety of tooling options.
STRUCTURE – Consists of a C-shaped electro-welded structure made exclusively of S355JR steel.
TABLES – Equipped with a main push table and a rear support table made of high-strength steel and machined with DIN 650 grooves. They incorporate support blocks made of C45E steel as standard
CYLINDER AND HYDRAULICS – Double-acting cylinder with seamless cold-drawn tube, chrome-plated piston, and maintenance-free wear-resistant guides. Two-speed motorised hydraulic group with automatic disconnection of the fast speed. Includes cylinder decompression valve.
SAFETY – Electrical installation equipped with a motor guard and emergency stop. Meets and satisfies all essential safety and health requirements according to CE regulations.
