S Series

The S Series is a double column motorised hydraulic workshop press has been designed with 4 different power capacities; 80 to 200 tonnes.

It operates at a maximum hydraulic pressure of 320 BAR to ensure greater durability of the entire hydraulic system.

STRUCTURE – Consists of a welded structure with 4 columns and open sides.It features a movable bed that can be adjusted to different heights, nd is secured with two pins at the base of the bed. The lifting and lowering system uses chains operated by the press cylinder.

The S Series is available as 2 different models:

• SD Model – fixed head
• SL Model – head moves laterally and is equipped with a manual locking system. Movement is by bearings.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULICS – Double-acting cylinder with chromed piston and maintenance-free wear-resistant guides. It is equipped with a removable and interchangeable pad to prevent piston damage. Single speed motised hydraulic unit.

SAFETY – Electrical installation equipped with a motor guard and emergency stop. Meets and satisfies all essential safety and health requirements according to CE regulations.
