  • Cidan FS & FX are Swedish sheet metal panbrake folders.
  • The FS is a straight folder, and the FX features the innovative Combi Head for box and pan work.
  • A range of CNC backgauge tables are available as options.
  • The machine is electro-mechanical, so it is highly energy-efficient, only using power when active.
  • You program the profile to be bent, and then the computer creates the program for bend angle, back gauge position and the most efficient bend sequence. Adjustment for material thickness and crowning in the bending beam are both quick manual adjustments.
  • Combi Head (FX pan brake folder model only) can programmed to bend using the 30° folding blade or in case you are folding a box, the segmented box and pan fingers.
  • The head can rotate to either in 6.5 seconds.
  • All tooling is precision ground.
  • For light gauge work, this is an excellent alternative to a press brake. No more changing tools. Easy programming. Perfect bends.

• he standard Combi Beam offers flexibility like no other tooling system. With a simple rotation of the upper beam, switch between the straight rail and box tooling in a matter of seconds. Form a larger variety of parts with little or no tool changing

• Folding beam rails 7 mm, 10 mm and 20 mm equipped with bayonet quick change tooling

• Tooling is made from 42CrMo4 steel, and coated with black oxide to prevent rust

• Adjustable crowning of folding beam rail

• Material thickness sensing on clamping beam

• Eccentric clamping beam drive-33 tons clamping pressure

• Speed optimization-when folding beam comes down to 80 degrees, then upper beam starts to come up
