Linishall Belt Grinder

The Linishall Heavy Duty Belt Grinder is a robust, workshop-proven linisher built for continuous grinding, deburring and finishing work in fabrication shops, machine shops and trade training facilities.

Available in four belt sizes:

  • 1220 x 100mm
  • 2000 x 75mm
  • 2000 x 150mm; and
  • 2000 x 220mm

There is a model to suit everything from general-purpose deburring through to wide-belt finishing of larger fabricated components.

The machine is fully guarded, with a hinged flap on top for platen linishing, a front dust chute and a rear dust extractor port to keep your workshop clean and compliant. A front eye guard and tool rests come standard, and every machine is fitted with a DOL starter and E-stop switch.

The grinding head swivels about its pivot point for height adjustment, and belt tracking and belt changes are simple and fast keeping downtime to a minimum in busy production environments.

Supplied pedestal mounted on a delta stand, the Linishall can also be used as a bench-mounted machine by removing the stand. Available in 1 phase and 3 phase options.
